Normally whenever you right click on the window start Orb Button or the taskbar, then there is an option called properties that allows you can open something known as the Taskbar and start menu properties. Playing around with the Windows Registry can be a dangerous thing to do. Sometimes due to sometimes due to some human error of if something goes wrong while editing the Registry, it is possible for your computer to malfunction. Hence before playing around with the Windows Registry.
This window normally allows users to change the various associated with the Start Menu and the Task bar.
However, on many ossification it marks it makes a lot of sense to stop users from accessing the Start menu and Taskbar Properties using the following simple Registry trick:-
STEP 1: Click on Start Menu and open run command and type regedit. (WINDOWS + R)
STEP 2: Scroll down to or create the following registry key:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Window\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer
STEP 3: In the right pane, create a new DWORD value named NoSetTaskbar.
STEP 4:- And set its data value 1 to disable the Start Menu and Taskbar Properties, and 0 to Enable it.
Now, You done it. Your Start Menu and Taskbar Properties are Disable.
