HOW TO DISABLE TASKBAR AND START MENU PROPERTIES ??

Normally whenever you right click on the window start Orb Button or the taskbar, then there is an option called properties that allows you can open something known as the Taskbar and start menu properties.

This window normally allows users to change the various associated with the Start Menu and the Task bar.

However, on many occasication it marks it makes a lot of sense to stop users from accessing the Start menu and Taskbar Properties using the following simple Registry trick:-

STEP 1: Open the regedit.exe file.

STEP 2: Scroll down to or create the following registry key:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Window\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer

STEP 3: In the right pane, create a new DWORD value named NoSetTaskbar within the above registry key and set its data value 1 to disable the Start Menu and Taskbar Properties, and 0 to Enable it.
