HOW TO CHANGE THE NUMBER OF ENTRIES IN THE RECENT DOCUMENTS LIST ??

Typically, in the Start Menu, there is a list of recently accessed documents that gets displayed. It is possible to change the number documents being shown in the recent documents list.

STEP 1: Click on Start Menu and open run command and type regedit. (WINDOWS + R)


STEP 2: Browse to the following registry keys:-
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer 





STEP 3: In the right pane, create a new DWORD value called MaxRecentDocs and set its value to the number of documents you want to display in recent Documents list.
