Windows 8 Installation Guide (Clean installation) 

STEP 1: Place the Windows 8 upgrade disk into your optical drive and restart the system. 


STEP 2: Once the system restarts, you will see a prompt asking you to “press any key to boot from disk”. Press any key on your keyboard and the Windows 8 disk will load. 

STEP 3: After the disk finishes loading, you will see the following screen: Click Next to continue. 



STEP 4: Click Install now. 


STEP 5: Enter your product key and then click Next. 



STEP 6: You must accept the License terms in order to install. Place a check next to I accept the license terms and then click Next. 



STEP 7: Choose Custom for a clean installation. 


STEP 8: From here, highlight your existing hard drive and click Next. 



STEP 9: The installation process will start at this point, and installation should take approximately 25-30 minutes. Your computer may restart several times during the process. 



STEP 10: Once your PC restart, your system is ready with Windows 8. Let system boot and you will see first screen after boot as follows. Enter System / Computer name as you wish to and Click Next to continue.



Next screen will display settings you wish to desire. Click on “Express Settings” to continue with Default settings or else you can customize settings if you are advance user. 



STEP 11: To sign into windows use your Windows Live ID or email address you wish to associate with windows 8. If you do not have Windows account and wish to opt kindly create one by clicking “Sign up for New email address” or if you wish to go-ahead without Windows Live ID click on “Sign in without Microsoft account” .



STEP 12: Enter desired username for  PC.



STEP 13: Next screen is your Desktop which will look like.



Now, You have Completely Install Windows 8.
